Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On November 23, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Daegu District Court, and on November 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for the same crime and completed the execution of the sentence on April 5, 2018.

1. On May 27, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim G, on May 27, 2019, up to 00:48, carried out one passenger waiting room in front of the Don Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan Da-gu, Daegu (H), and one smartphone with which the market price on the victim G cannot be known, one cash 435,000, one driver’s license, one agricultural credit card, three physical cards (new, Daegu, and new bank), and one iron card (new bank).
4. On May 30, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I, on May 30, 2019, entered into a 362-type outdoor music plaza in the park circulation around 20:30-20:50, the 362-type park, the outdoor music plaza in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Seoul-gu, and one earth bag in which the market price owned by the victim I cannot be known.
