A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Criminal facts

On July 3, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 8, 2010.

1. Defendant A, C, D, and E spreaded the front door of “the highest price of heavy mobile phone” at the Busan National Day, and attempted to purchase smartphones lost by passengers from those taxi engineers who reported and contacted, and then divide profits from selling them to F in 1/4. Defendant A, C, D, and E paid KRW 50,000 per day to five persons, such as G, H, I, J, and K, and then recruited employees to acquire smartphones, which are the stolen goods, using L that franchise XG car and its number car car car.

2. On November 201, 2012, around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased from a taxi engineer with no knowledge of the name of the N orO in front of the Daegu Suwon-gu Magaz; and (b) acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 5.60,00 for two mobile phones, such as a gallon ju City juthy juthy 3.10,000 in the middle and middle market value of KRW 2.15,000 in the middle and middle market value of KRW 3.15,00,000 in the middle and middle

In addition, the Defendant’s period from the above date to March 22, 2013 to March 03:00 is being more than ten times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form.
