A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around March 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had sexual intercourse with the victim D (23 years of age) (hereinafter “C”) that he/she became aware of through hosting at the Internet site, which is the Internet site of same-sexs, located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-do; and (b) had sexual intercourse between March 10, 2016 and April 5, 2016 by sending a phone call or text message to the victim; and (c) had been treated at a hospital suffering from sexual illness after the width and sex relationship; and (d) had a sexual image taken on the face of a sex-related site, which would spread the same and know that he/she is the same-sex-sex-sex to the surrounding people, such as workplace rent.”
The Defendant received a total of KRW 10,000,000, in total, from the Korean bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant on March 15, 2016, KRW 50,000 on March 26, 2016, and KRW 100,000 on April 20, 2016, from the Defendant, to the Korean bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by threatening the victim.
On November 26, 2015, the Defendant started the Seoul Station around 06:25, 2015, and started with around 06:06:25, the Defendant: (a) from KTX 107 trains to Busan Station, she opened a house-based pocket book equivalent to KRW 150,000 in the market price owned by the victim F; and (b) from 120,000 in the market price, she opened two precious metals equivalent to KRW 100,00 in the market price; and (c) from 2,070,000 in the market price to 1,50,000 in the total amount of KRW 2,00 in the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
At around 21:30 on March 24, 2010, the Defendant: (a) completed meals at a H restaurant located in Daejeon Jung-gu Daejeon, Daejeon; and (b) cut off the Defendant with an 1,000 square meters on, and on March 24, 2010, the market price owned by the victim I(the age of 42) who was in the new engine.
