Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a stock company B and a member of the National Metal Trade Union affiliated with the National Federation of Democratic Trade Unions.

At around 16:50 on December 28, 2013, the Defendant took part in the “candlelight culture system in which the National Assembly was organized by the “National Assembly at the time of the national Assembly” at the Seoul plaza located in Sejong-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, with approximately 5,00 participants in other assemblies from around 18:10 to 19:35 on the same day, and tried to drive along the three directions in front of the “Sandlelight duty-free shop” located in Sejong-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, with three lanes from around 18:10 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
