Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2013, at around 16:50, the Defendant appeared at the Seoul plaza, which was organized by the National Assembly of the State Council at the 110-type Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Central Assembly, and 5,000 participants in other assemblies from around 18:10 to 19:35 of the same day, and tried to drive along the three-way directions of the “Dongcheon Tax Exemption Points” located in the Sejong-gu Seoul Central District of Seoul Central District of the Republic of Korea with approximately 14 lanes from around 18:10 to around 19:35.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
