1. The Defendant is the head of the Korea Democratic Trade Union D branch under the Korea Democratic Trade Union Federation (hereinafter “Private Trade Union”).

At around 15:30 on May 1, 2013, the Defendant participated in the 123th 123th 'Korean Workers' Competition in the World Labor Section Pool which was held by the Mano General in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, with approximately 2,00 participants in other assemblies from around 17:05 to 17:30 on the same day, and attempted to enter the 23th Mao-ro 23th Mao-ro in front of the Pluson hotel located in Seoul, and attempted to enter the Mao-ro 23th Mao-ro.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. From December 28, 2013 to December 15:13, 2013, the Democratic Labor General held an assembly of the name “the candlelighting culture system” in which the number of 8,000 people participated in the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul square.

At around 16:25 on the same day, the number of 23,00 persons was gathered at around the end of the above assembly, and 5,000 persons among the participants in the assembly began the Seoul square and moved along the lane in the direction of luminous along the Sejong-ro, and they moved ahead of the dynamic duty-free shop.

The defendant participated in the above assembly, and occupied 5,000 participants in the assembly after the completion of the assembly, and moved along the lane from 18:15 to make it impossible to pass the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with vehicle traffic in collaboration with the participants in the assembly and demonstration.
