Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From December 28, 2013 to 15:13 on December 28, 2013, the Democratic Labor gun held an assembly in the name of "the candlelight culture system" in which the number of 8,000 people participate in the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan square. From the same day until 16:25, 23,000 people were gathered in the above assembly, and 5,000 people among the participants of the assembly moved in the way front of the dynamic duty-free shop from 18:25 on the same day to 19:35 on the same day.

On the same day, at around 18:47, the Defendant moved together with the participants in the demonstration, leading them to the front of the dynamic duty-free shop, making it impossible to pass the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and demonstration and interfered with vehicle traffic.
