On October 4, 2014, at around 03:45, the Defendant driven a vehicle Bi30m in approximately 50m prior to the search and resident center of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul on the roads near the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Search and Search and Search Center, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.092%.
