On May 7, 2013, at around 23:01, the Defendant driven B beer or car under the influence of alcohol content of about 1.5 km from the front of the Agricultural and Fishery Product Center in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front of the “Agricultural and Fishery Product Center” road of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Searchdong 318-7.
