Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2015, at around 00:13, the Defendant driven B 125c occ under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.167% at a section of about 150 meters from the front of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Search Community Credit Cooperative to the front of the same search route from the Do to the front of the 18-ro 2nd Contracting State.
