Punishment of the crime

On July 28, 2014, at around 23:14, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of 2kh-purd from the distance of about 2k to the front of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Search East digital media station to about 332, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.067% of blood alcohol level.
