Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On January 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 14, 2016.

Thus, around 05:50 on November 17, 2014, at around 109, the Defendant: (a) driven a wall mountain apartment in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Geumcheon-gu; (b) driven by the said D, while receiving some parts of the backs of the Defendant, F, G, and H, and reported to the Defendant, F, G, and H as if a traffic accident occurred; and (c) filed a false report on the medical expenses and repair expenses for the said accident to the victim’s Mez fire insurance company; and (d) received KRW 7,081,120 as insurance money from the victim’s Mez fire insurance company.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D, C, etc., received KRW 7,081,120 from the victim merts fire insurance company by deceiving the victim merts fire insurance company, and received KRW 7,081,120 from January 30, 2012 to June 13, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 48,795,260 from three insurance companies over seven occasions in total as stated in the separate crime list, and received KRW 48,795,260 for insurance money, and attempted to receive money for one time as insurance money.
