A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On November 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on December 24, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. Fraud, B, and C: (a) intentionally paid a traffic accident at the mutual infinite coffee shop located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon War, on March 1, 2016; and (b) C, around April 21, 2016, intended to receive insurance money from an insurance company to obtain payment; (c) carried a friendly E-A4 car owned by her mother on the road located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Seosung-dong, Daejeon, 582; (d) the Defendant used the said A4 car at the same time, at the above place; (e) driving the G K5 car set from her space, and (e) caused a traffic accident by receiving part of the said K5 car’s left-hand part of the said car; and (e) received the insurance money from the victim from the 16th day of repair to the 10th day of repair to the 16th day of the said K5 car; and (e) received the insurance money from the victim from the 16th day of repair to the 16th day of repair.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim in collusion with B, C, and F.

2. The Defendant, B, and C, as seen above, conspired to commit an intentional accident in order to obtain insurance money from an insurance company, and caused a traffic accident in conflict with a vehicle E A4, which is a dangerous article driving by a part of C while driving a G K5 car owned by the victim space siren Co., Ltd. at the same time and at a temporary location, thereby damaging the said 5 car owned by the victim to cover repair costs equivalent to KRW 5,413,623.

As a result, Defendant B, and C conspiredd to carry dangerous goods and damaged the victim’s property.
