Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From May 9, 2014 to December 30, 2015, the Defendant served as an insurance designer at a Mz fire marine insurance company.
The defendant had a part of the elblue in a vehicle that proceeds from the alley path, and caused a traffic accident due to the driver's negligence, and led to the shock of the accident, in order to have the defendant acquire insurance proceeds from the vehicle insurance company by pretending that the defendant was injured.
On August 10, 2017, around 09:24, the Defendant discovered that the left-hand turn-hand turn-oned vehicles C (74 tax) drive from the alleyway in front of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and carried out as if the Defendant was injured after facing some parts of the blue part of the blue part of the blue part after opening the right side of the vehicle.
