Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 7, 2015, at around 22:20, the Defendant, along with B and C on December 7, 2015, collected insurance money from an insurance company after intentionally causing a traffic accident in front of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and C, while driving the Otoba and making a left-hand turn while driving the Otoba and driving the Oba, and taking part of the FOba that the Defendant was on the back left-hand, and immediately after the accident, the Defendant and B followed with C as if the said traffic accident occurred with C, and received the meri fire insurance from the victim’s company from December 16, 2015 to February 2, 2016, the Defendant acquired the amount equivalent to the same amount after receiving from the victim company the sum of KRW 2,258,400,00 in total as agreed money, medical expenses, repair expenses, etc.

2. At around 16:40 on June 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intentionally induced a traffic accident on the road at the intersection near Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul; and (b) was gathered to receive insurance money from an insurance company; (c) the Defendant driving of the Austria; (d) the Defendant was driving J Hatoba; and (e) while driving J Hatoba; and (e) the Defendant went into the back of the Hatoba; and (e) immediately after the accident, the Defendant was aware that the said traffic accident occurred frequently; and (e) received the insurance from the Defendant’s modern marine employees from June 27, 2013 to July 17, 2013; and (e) acquired the amount equivalent to KRW 2,169,300 from the victim’s company as agreed money, medical expenses, repair expenses, etc.

3. On August 18, 2014, at around 00:30 on August 18, 2014, the Defendant, along with K, has intentionally induced a traffic accident on the backway along the street near the road in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and is gathered to receive insurance money from an insurance company. The Defendant: (a) was a MOba driven by K while driving the LOba; (b) immediately after the accident, the Defendant and K went as if the said traffic accident occurred frequently; and (c) received insurance from the Defendant and K to the modern maritime staff of the victim.
