A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On July 10, 2018, around 02:05, the Defendant was in front of the Busan Suwon-gu B, Busan, and around 27 years of age, in order to grasp the movement of the victim C (here, the victim’s window around the first floor of the building in question, which is a book, divided the victim’s living room and intrudes into the victim’s neighboring building corridor before the victim’s living place.

B. On July 10, 2018, around 18:30 on July 10, 2018, the Defendant intruded into the corridor of a building adjacent to the victim’s residence by the aforementioned method with the intent to deliver the victim’s intimidation to the victim’s place of residence.

C. On July 11, 2018, around 16:52, the Defendant intruded into a corridor of an adjacent building in the victim’s residence by the aforementioned method with the intent to reconfiscate the victim’s intimidation at the place of a provisional port No. 1 (a).

2. Intimidation;

A. On July 10, 2018, around 18:30 on July 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) crepanddd the victim’s residence crepans described in the above paragraph 1(a) by inserting all things living in the house, namely, “C, D, E, E, spores, and principal loan”; (b) sawd rice spores from the shower; (c) by purchasing the USB, put them in a sporese mail by July 12, 201, putting him/her his/her body photograph and video into a sporespores; and (d) if refusing, she threatened the victim by placing in the crepans of words “I would be able to spread to all people who know about the SNS and spores, and be well able to think.”

B. On July 11, 2018, at around 16:52, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim by putting in the gap the victim’s residence crepans described in the foregoing paragraph 1(a) that “it is not clear that it is closed; (b) it is well-known that no later than 4 p.m. of 12 p.m. is spread; and (c) it is possible for all people to view at least 3 p.m.”
