Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On August 17, 2019, the Defendant came to know in front of the victim D’s residence in Seogsan-si B Building C, Sinsan-si, and went to the victim’s residence and intrudes on the victim’s residence.

B. On August 17, 2019, around 17:30 on August 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) divided the first race into the place indicated in the first clause (A); (b) but (c) the victim, who did not open the door, extracted the password of the front door and went into the dwelling room and intruded on the victim’s residence.

C. On August 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 10:00, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) of Article 1, divided the first race; (b) however, the Defendant was waiting for the opening of a door to the victim, and thus, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by putting the door to the gate, putting the door, and entering the door to the gate in order for the victim to going out

2. The Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence, such as the time and time limit set forth in paragraph 1(b) and paragraph 1(b), and invaded the victim’s residence, and thereby breaking the victim’s resistance, and assaulting the victim, such as cutting off the victim’s tightly, cutting the arms.

At around 10:59 on August 21, 2019, the Defendant insultingd the victim as “F Council members,” the victim’s “F Council members,” who are the victim’s workplace bonus, G, H, and one patient under the name in the name of the victim, who was seated at the reception stand, and made a public insult of the victim.”
