A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Petroleum and alternative fuel business Act shall manufacture, import, store, transport, store or sell fake petroleum products;

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C to store fake petroleum products.

3) The Defendant, together with C, sold approximately KRW 11,529.37 L (litter) totaling approximately 11,529.37 L (litter) in attached Form 1,242 over 2,38,242,386 to customers under the name of the Defendant who found the place at the same time and place as above 1) and 71,86.18 L (litter) and 39,643.19 L (litter).

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to sell fake petroleum products.

B. The Defendant, on October 20, 2015, manufactures fake petroleum products by mixing them with other petroleum products, such as light oil, etc., from the State G, a waste company located in the former Si/Y-Eup on October 20, 2015.
