1. On February 2019, the Defendant came to know that he had come to know of it and came to know of it, and asked the victim to take money to be used as living expenses from the victim B (the age of 19), around 15:00 on March 24, 2019, and put it in the victim's re-becker box, before the public parking lot located in Ulsan-gu Busan-gu, Ulsan-do, and then put the victim's kacker's kacker's kacker's kacker's kacker's kacker's kacker's kacker's kacker's kacker's kacker's kacker's kacker's kacker's kacker's 1,000 won and 30,000 won or more from the 20,000 won to the 9,000 won."

4. By November 1, 200, the F bank account in the name of the Defendant was delivered KRW 6,982,150 over eight times, and on April 3, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 16,074 in total with G account in the name of the Defendant and received KRW 9,898,224 in total.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by threatening the victim.

2. On April 24, 2019, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located under the H building I of the Geumdong-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, posted a notice on the “J” bulletin board using a mobile phone to sell the “Aphone” mobile phone, and made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would deliver the goods to the victim K who reported and contacted with the fact that he/she remitted the price of the said goods to the victim K.

However, the Defendant does not have a cellular phone.
