A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2019, the Defendant reported on the D bulletin board that “Aphone X-R mobile phone is sold to the victim,” and made a false statement to the effect that “Aphone is sold to the victim by contact with the victim,” and then, at around 08:15 on the same day, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim at the Yananandong-gu, Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu, 08:15 on the same day.”

However, even if the defendant received the above mobile phone from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to remit the sales proceeds to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from around September 25, 2019 to around September 25, 2019, by deceiving the victims, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 11,831,300 won, from the time when he received one mobile phone of 670,000 won from the victim’s seat.

On June 24, 2019, the Defendant stated that “A loan may be granted to up to 30-5 million won” on the Internet Pest bulletin board although he/she did not have an intent or ability to provide a loan, he/she received KRW 31,842 from the victim F, who had contacted with the Defendant, to the H account in the name of the Defendant, from the victim F, who received KRW 31,842 as a fee.

On October 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 2020, the 2020 Man-Ma219, the Defendant paid a small sum of KRW 594,800,00 in the “L game” using the cell phone of the victim following the death of the victim, while the victim K was divingd in the 6th floor area of the “Jari-do” located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu I.

Accordingly, the defendant entered information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device and acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount.
