A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A theft teacher: (a) around 01:00 on January 13, 2013, the Defendant: (b) told C of the Do-dong 302 of the Do-dong Do-gu, Gwangju, that “I am away with D, and stolen his mobile phone; and (c) knew C’s theft of his mobile phone; (d) around 01:40 on January 13, 2013, using the gaps in the victim’s “Eel” located in the F of Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, with a cellular phone of at least KRW 900,000,000,000 at the market price owned by the victim; and (e) stolen it.

Accordingly, the Defendant instigated the theft.

2. The Defendant, after committing the crime described in paragraph (1), had a sexual intercourse with the victim G (17 years of age) in preparation for the victim D (18 years of age) during the course of having a sexual intercourse with C in preparation for the victim’s reporting of larceny, and had the victim D. At the same time, he/she had been willing to report rape to the victims, and had a first priority in mind at around 06:0 on January 13, 2013, 196: (a) around 100,000 won, he/she received imprisonment for five years; (b) 1.3 years of age; and (c) 1.3 years and 1.1 million won and 1.5 million won and 1.5 million won and 1.00,000 won and 1.3 years and 1.5 million won and 1.5 million won and 1.00,000 won and 1.5 million won and 1.5 million won and 1.5 billion won and 1.00,00,0,00,000,00.
