Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall operate a motor vehicle on the road without mandatory insurance. However, the defendant is driving a B car driving which is not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of such IC on July 15, 2015, the 15, as the floor of the Gangwon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on July 15, 2015.
