Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, it is against the Defendants for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인들은 피고인 A의 여자친구인 D(소년보호사건 송치)과 함께, D이 성매매를 할 학교 친구들을 데리고 오면, 피고인들은 스마트폰의 ‘즐톡’ 어플리케이션을 이용하여 성매수남을 물색하는 한편 D이 데리고 온 청소년들로 하여금 당해 남성들과 성매매를 하도록 설득하여, 청소년들이 성매매의 대가로 받은 대금을 나누어 가지기로 공모하였다.

1. On November 18, 2013, the Defendants: (a) had a juvenile E (here, female, 14 years old) who was in 200,000 Busan-dong, Busan-dong, and D, engaged in sexual traffic in advance with the sex purchase with the water-friendly and once sexual traffic; and (b) received KRW 120,000 as the price for the sexual traffic from E.

Therefore, the Defendants conspired with D to arrange the purchase of sex by children and juveniles.

2. On November 21, 2013, at D’s house located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, the Defendants: (a) sent 150,000 won that G received as compensation for sexual intercourses with the other male. (b) 150,000 won that G had sought to have a male-child, thereby having a male-child go to the exit of 14 years old; and (c) she received as compensation for sexual intercourses with the other male.

Therefore, the Defendants conspired with D to arrange the purchase of sex by children and juveniles.
