1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six years and by imprisonment with prison labor for five years;

2. With respect to the Defendants, 80 hours per each of them.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants: (a) sent out by Defendant B’s friendship broker via Defendant B’s friendship; and (b) sent out on December 2, 2013, the Defendants came to live together at the Defendant’s house located in Sinsi-gu in Sinsi-si; (c) provided money by having the Defendants engage in sexual traffic to E; and (d) Defendant B urged Defendant B E to pay the face value, electric charges, and gas rates to pay for sexual traffic; and (c) obtained the consent from E to engage in sexual traffic.

피고인들은 2013. 12. 초순경부터 2014. 8.경까지 사이에 위 집에서, 피고인 B은 스마트폰 애플리케이션인 ‘즐톡’을 통하여 E의 성을 매수할 남자를 구하고, 피고인 A은 렌터카를 이용하여 E를 그 남자의 집이나 모텔 등으로 데려다 주어 성매매를 하도록 하거나 위 집에서 성매매를 하도록 하여, E로 하여금 하루에 3~4회씩 성을 사는 행위의 상대방이 되게 하고, E로부터 그 대가로 받은 합계 약 3,000만 원의 돈을 건네받았다.

The Defendants and the defense counsel asserted that the amount the Defendants received from E does not exceed KRW 12,360,000,000. As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange the act of buying child or juvenile sex or provided the place.

2. The Defendants expressed the attitude that, around February 2014, the victims E would not engage in commercial sex acts, Defendant A expressed the victim’s desire to “scam.” and “scams.” and “scams.” to the victim with sound, and Defendant B also appears to be the victim.
