A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 24, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Assaults against drivers, etc.) committed assault against the victim B (56 tax) who was a substitute driver at the center of Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, and not more than 23:40 on October 24, 2017, by having the victim B (56 tax) (56) drive a motor vehicle owned by the Defendant, which is the Defendant, at the center of Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do Office located in Suwon-do, which is in force of Suwon-si, on the same day. On October 25, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face, who was in contact with the Defendant’s husband, on the front side of the E pharmacy located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with the Defendant’s mobile phone at the victim’s husband, on the one hand, at the victim’s face, who was in contact with the Defendant’s husband, at the victim’s mobile phone.

3. On October 25, 2017, at around 00:53, the Defendant: (a) damaged the object of public use, on the front side of the E pharmacy located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) “A borrower and Sifrien” was reported by 112; and (c) was taken by G police officers affiliated with the Suwon-gu, Seowon, Seowon, Police Station F patrol Station, a police box called out after receiving a 112 report to the Defendant to assault the victim as described in the foregoing paragraph (2) on the cell phone with a cell phone inquiry at the time of reporting the Defendant’s act of assaulting the victim; and (d) was damaged the object used by the public office by cutting the floor of the cell phone line cited by G with

On October 25, 2017, at around 00:56, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties, and the Defendant injured the victim H (49 years old), a police box affiliated with the Suwon-si Police Station F police station in the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, on the front side of the E pharmacy located in Suwon-si, in order to arrest the Defendant as a current offender and to take the patrol vehicle into the patrol vehicle, the Defendant was seriously faced with the Defendant, such as the vehicle patroled by the Defendant, and the victim was promptly asked the victim about the right side bucks of the victim who attempted to restrain the victim from doing so.

Accordingly, the Defendant reported the 112 reported case.
