The above defendants are fined.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration in a place within one hundred meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building;

From October 28, 2011, the Defendants organized the Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement Korea National Campaign Center (hereinafter “Korea-U.S. FTA Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Headquarters”) in the front of the Korea Industrial Bank in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu Industrial Bank, Seoul. At around 14:30, there were about 2,500 members of the H organization’s conference at the “domination of the Korea-U.S. FTA ratification” held in the society of the Secretary General of the H organization I. On the same day, around 14:40 of the same day, the Defendants and the I Secretariat of the H organization started to enter the National Assembly in a way that most of the four-lane roads in front of the Hando-dong City Culture Complex were occupied by a way that the Defendants and the I Secretariat of the H organization did not initially report as a broadcasting vehicle. At around 14:50, approximately 2,500 persons started to enter the road following the conference.

After that, the Defendants and demonstration team completely occupied the national assembly’s East and North Korean literature, attempted to enter the National Assembly continuously, and participated in the assembly by holding approximately 2,50 participants jointly with other participants in the H organization’s first secretary-general in order to open the relief, such as “in opposition to the Korea-U.S. FTA,” and participating in the assembly, such as the personal history and body fighting.

Accordingly, the Defendants participated in an outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building, which is the place where the assembly or demonstration is prohibited.

2. On October 28, 201, from around 15:20 to 15:30 on October 28, 201, the Defendants conspired with approximately KRW 2,500 of other demonstration teams, as described in paragraph (1), with approximately 10 minutes of the two-lane radius between the north and the Eastwest of the National Assembly, thereby hindering the traffic of roads used for the traffic of the general public.
