A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration in a place within one hundred meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building;

From around 14:25 on October 28, 201, the Defendant attended the meeting of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Industrial Bank prior to the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Industrial Bank with approximately 2,500 participants at the meeting of the “do headquarters,” which was held in the society of the Secretary General of the Korea-U.S. Secretariat. At around 14:40 on the same day, the Defendant’s and Demonstration E Secretariat, at around 2,500 members of the U.S. E Secretariat, had not been initially reported as a broadcast vehicle, leading to the passage of the National Assembly. At around 14:40 on the same day, the Defendant’s and Demonstration’s approximately 2,50 members of the U.S. E Secretariat moved to the volume of approximately 1km in a straight line from the first place of meeting to the nearest four-lane road of the Hando Park Culture Complex, and moved to the outside of the E-U.S. Secretariat from around 15:30 to 16:02 to the boundary of the National Assembly building.

Accordingly, the defendant participated in an outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building, which is the place where the assembly or demonstration is prohibited.

2. On October 28, 201, from around 15:30 to around 16:02, the Defendant conspiredd with approximately 2,500 other demonstration teams, such as the foregoing paragraph (1), about 30 minutes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes from the northwest and the Eastwest of the National Assembly, thereby interfering with the traffic of roads used for the traffic of the general public.
