Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A is a non-standing representative of the Ulsan District Department of the National Democratic Trade Union Federation of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "F").
1. On June 23, 2016, from around 06:30 to 07:00 the same day, Defendant A prevented workers and vehicles from entering the construction site in a way that they kept their body with approximately 50 union members, including F branch G, etc., in front of the site of new construction works at the KR Energy (KR Energy) located in Ulsan-dong 391, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 391.
As a result, Defendant A interfered with workers' access to and vehicle traffic for the modern engineering works of the victim by force in collusion with the above union members.
2. Defendant

3. Firearms and explosives for those who participate in an assembly or demonstration in violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act; and
