Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

E The head of metal labor union L division, the head of Defendant F, the director of metal labor bureau, the chief of Defendant B, the chief of the building site in metal labor union L, the chief of Defendant J, the chief of the building site in metal labor union, the chief of the building site in metal labor union, the chief of Defendant A, the chief of the organization of Defendant H, the chief of the (ju) N branch of Defendant H, the chief of the (ju) N branch of Defendant H, the branch of Defendant A, the head of Defendant D, the head of (ju) PP workers, the head of the (ju)P welfare department, and the head of the labor safety division of Defendant C, and all of them are the labor union members belonging to the metal labor union branch in metal labor union L division.

1. No participants in any assembly or demonstration shall, notwithstanding police officers' warning to order keeping ships established by the chief of the competent police station, intrude into the police for a considerable time without justifiable grounds, destroy, conceal, move or remove them, or impair the utility of them by other means;

Nevertheless, in collaboration with the labor union members in name, the Defendants attempted to enter the office building from around 17:20 to 18:00 on August 27, 2014, and had 200 labor union members belonging to the metal labor union L group in front of the south of the government-funded joint office building located 48 Doo-ro 208, and had 20 labor union members belonging to the metal labor union L group in front of the resolution to abolish the guidelines for labor-management guidance, and the Ministry of Employment and Labor located within the above office after holding the 20 labor union members belonging to the metal labor union L group in front of the above office building, and had the Ministry of Employment and Labor located within the above office building to receive prompt civil complaints against unfair labor practices of Q companies and R companies and the labor union members belonging to the company and business owners, and attempted to enter the office building under the pretext of personal receipt by the police officers' warning broadcasting.

2. Persons who have participated in an assembly or demonstration which has not reported shall, without delay, dissolve when they have been ordered to dissolve by the chief of the competent police station; and
