The defendant shall be innocent.

The Defendant was a student of B University, and began to return to the victim C (one year old, 19 years old) who was the same school from June 1, 2017 to the same school.

It was found that he was off of clothes in mind of having her body contact, but the defendant tried to get out of panty and sexual intercourse.
