Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B are the first space through a marriage broker around January 13, 2018.

On January 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) prepared a false complaint with respect to B using a verification color pen at the center of the public service center in the Seongdong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Police Station, Sung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which is about 10 a 2-lane, and (b) made a statement of damage to B at the above police station female juveniles and video recording room on the same day.

Nevertheless, at the time of the instant case, the Defendant: (a) stated that B was “the homicide as the same person; and (b) made a sexual intercourse under the agreement with B; (c) but after sexual intercourse, B did not contact the Defendant with the Defendant; and (d) was willing to make a false accusation against B; and (c) submitted the written complaint to the police officer, whose name is not known at the request of the public service center of the Gangwon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station, the Defendant submitted the written complaint to the police officer on the same day.
