A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant for theft:

A. At around 01:00 on July 21, 2013, the Plaintiff cut the lower end of the content by using the gaps in which C was locked with his family members and cut it at the same place, and then thefted with one wall having 900,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession.

B. The same year from around 23:30 on August 31, 2013

9.1.
