A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for attempted larceny at the District Court for the Defendant’s District Court on April 27, 2012, and on August 25, 2012, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the medical prison.

1. From October 21, 2013 to October 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol at a “D cafeteria” restaurant located in Sacheon-si C, the Defendant: (b) saved the victim E at the victim’s request to do so; and (c) led the victim to a 305 “Fnman” in the vicinity.

The defendant was placed on the floor of the victim, and the victim was placed on the floor, and the victim was 51,000 won in cash, 5,000 won in credit card, 5,000 won in credit card, 5,00 won in credit card, debit card 2 in Korean bank, debit card 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 1,000 in the market price of new bank, and 1,000 won in credit card 1, 200 won in credit card.

2. On October 21, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) received a marina log from the victim G in Macheon-si around 21:50 on October 21, 2013, the Defendant used a stolen debit card by having another bank under the name of Ma, which was stolen, issued sales slips to the victim as if he were the legitimate holder, and signed and issued sales slips to the victim, and then, signed and issued them on the signature column; and (b) provided the victim with a marina service equivalent to KRW 120,000 at the market price.

On October 12, 2013, the Defendant, upon receiving a second-end horse from H on October 22 and 45, 2013, used a stolen debit card by presenting it to the victim under the name of E, which was stolen in the same manner. The Defendant was provided with a marina service equivalent to KRW 120,000 at the market price from the victim, and then was recorded in the separate sheet from October 13, 2013 to October 03:0, 2013.
