Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and F, G, H, I, J, K, and L have no ability to change credit rating by manipulating the credit information, etc. of the victims, and there is no intent or ability to exercise influence on the part of the lending company to enable the victims to obtain a loan or to cancel the already executed loan. The Defendant and F, G, H, I, J, K, and L conspired with the victims who need the loan to obtain a loan by manipulating credit information by communicating the victims who need the loan with the fee for the degree of 20% of the loan which would be possible to obtain a loan by manipulating credit information, such as eliminating credit information inquiry records. Defendant and F, G, H, I, J, K, and L share the above roles in the above ways, and they call to the victim N around November 201, 2012 at the office located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the third level of office, and make loans available to the victim N by means of telephoneing. If a loan is granted, the fee for the above work is changed.
