Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on the one-year period of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Jinwon District Court’s Jinju branch on November 20, 2018, and the said judgment was finalized on November 28, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Performance of official duties by deceptive means;

A. On September 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) called on September 7, 2018, at the Jinju-si, B building C, and called on the report center at the 112 situation room center at the Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency 112 mobile phone numbers; and (b) the Defendant did not read “the Defendant is a member of the police station who died on the world because of urgency, satisfy, and satisfy, even though satisfy, satisfy is good, satfy, and died on the world,” by falsely reporting that the Defendant did not appear.

B. On September 7, 2018, around 09:42, the Defendant called the same cell phone at the reporting center of the 112 comprehensive situation room in the Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency with the same cell phone at the same place, and reported “I want to die and have been going on the rooftop,” and made the police officers belonging to the police station of the Jinju Police Station send out the call.

Accordingly, the Defendant, through a deceptive scheme, interfered with the police officers’ legitimate performance of their duties on the protection of the lives and bodies of the people.

2. From September 2, 2018, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (Interference with Business) around 02:52 on September 2, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the duties of police officers performing official duties by making phone calls to the reporting center of 112 general situation center in the Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency 112 under the influence of alcohol, using his/her mobile phone with his/her own cell phone in the influence of alcohol, and by blocking the duties of 112 police officers performing official duties by charging time fees from September 7, 2018, including, from September 7, 2018, the foregoing mobile phone from the 91-round mobile phone to the reporting center of the 112 general situation room in the Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Police Agency).
