A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 업무방해 피고인은 2014. 7. 6. 03:17경 부산 동구 C에 있는 D병원 3층 중환자실 앞에서 치료를 받으러 왔는데 병원에서 받아주지 않는다는 이유로 화가 나, 알몸으로 3층 복도 소화전에서 소화 호스를 꺼내 물을 틀어 위 병원 복도에 뿌리고, 그 옆에 비치된 분말식 소화기를 위 병원 복도 및 화장실에 뿌리는 등 중환자실 앞 복도를 분말 등으로 뿌옇게 하여 환자들에게 피해가 갈 수 있게 하였다.

2. Performance of official duties by deceptive means.

A. On July 9, 2014, around 05:47, the Defendant filed a false report with the Busan Regional Police Agency 112 Report on the phone call at around 05:47, July 9, 2014, using a public telephone located in the 810 Dong-dong, Busan Regional Police Agency at around 05:47, and the Defendant filed a false report on the phone call at the 112 Report Center, and the slope H, etc. belonging to the Busan East Police Station.
