1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from July 30, 2010 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of Gap evidence No. 1 and all the arguments, the plaintiff extended a loan of KRW 50 million to defendant B on July 30, 2010 at the maturity of payment on September 30, 2010 and the interest rate of KRW 2% (24% per annum) on September 30, 2010, and the defendant C and D guaranteed the defendant Eul's obligation to the plaintiff.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50 million and interest calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from July 30, 2010 to the date of full payment.

As to this, Defendant D borrowed only KRW 45 million from the Plaintiff, and 5 million won was transferred to Plaintiff E, but there is no evidence to acknowledge the assertion.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified.
