1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 45 million won and the interest rate of 20% per annum from December 31, 2007 to the day of complete payment.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from December 31, 2007 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the due date of the above loan.
