Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On December 5, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Ulsan District Court, and two years of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive on December 13, 2019, and is currently in the grace period.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. At around 04:20 on January 14, 2020, the Defendant intruded into the underground parking lot inside Ulsan-gu C Apartment-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and opened and kept a 10,000 won check, which was owned by the victim E, with a 10,000 won card and a meri card.

B. On February 21, 2020, around 02:58, the Defendant intruded into the underground parking lot in Ulsan-gun G apartment in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and opened and kept an unrectible vehicle of the victim H’s IK car, the Defendant stolen KRW 200,000,000,000, in cash owned by the victim.

C. On February 23, 2020, at around 02:25, the Defendant intruded into the underground parking lot inside Ulsan-gu J Apartment-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., and opened and kept a door of a vehicle not corrected for the victim L, which was parked therein, the victim-owned cash amounting to KRW 200,000,000, KRW 170,000,000, and KRW 200,000,000,000, which contain identification cards. D.

At around 02:40 on April 1, 2020, the Defendant intruded into the underground parking lots inside Ulsan-gu N Apartment-dong, Ulsan-gu N apartment, and cut off with a cash of KRW 380,000,000, driver's license, and a credit card card, which contain four copies.

2. Larceny;

A. On January 17, 2020, at around 05:19, the Defendant opened a door of a vehicle not corrected for the victim B parked at the above ground parking lot located in Ulsan-gu R apartment 1-2 D, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and opened a door of a vehicle not corrected for the victim B, and owned by the victim.
