A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. From around 02:30 on September 6, 2019 to around 03:10 on the same day, the Defendant intruded into the marb apartment underground parking lot in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and cut off 700,000 won, cash owned by the victim, KRW 100,000,000, KRW 100,000,000, KRW 100,000,000, KRW 800,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

B. Around 02:02 on September 11, 2019, the Defendant intruded into an underground parking lot of the Ma Apartment-dong, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and opened a door with no correction of the G Benuri-dong car parked in that place, and discovered the smart key of the Hpo-U.D. car from the Gengi-si, Gengi-si, Gengi-si, which was parked, and then used this, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s cash KRW 900,000 and several passbooks owned by the victim from the door located in that area.

C. On September 24, 2019, at around 04:03, the Defendant intruded into the parking lot of J apartment-1st floor in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and opened a door that was parked in that place, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 50 million owned by the victim K and did not correct the passenger car C200, and used a stickk in the said vehicle and stolen it. 피고인은 2019. 9. 28. 01:00경부터 02:00경 사이에 용인시 기흥구 M 아파트 주차장에 침입하여, 그 곳에 주차된 N 카니발 승용차의 시정되지 않은 문을 열고 들어 가 콘솔박스에서 피해자 O 소유인 시가 20만원 상당의 듀퐁 장지갑 1개를 꺼내어 가 이를 절취하였다.

E. On September 28, 2019, around 03:28, the Defendant intruded into the 2nd floor parking lot of the Young-gu P Apartment-gu, Young-gu, Young-si, Young-si, and opened a door that does not correct the RAD car in excess of KRW 20 million at the market price of the victim Qgu, parked in Zone 59.
