A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 4, 2017, around 03:35, the Defendant engaged in the forgery of private documents and the event of the above investigation documents, at the D District District District of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Police Station D, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, demanded a police officer to prepare a written statement related to forced indecent conduct against E from the police officer in order to conceal the fact that he/she is under way to conceal the fact that he/she was in the process of carrying out the preparation of the written statement related to the indecent conduct against E, and at the same time, he/she talks with “F”, “G”, “I”, and “I” in the name column of the written statement on September 3, 2017 at E C’s home without permission of E on September 4, 2017.

On September 4, 2017, “F” entered “F” and written F’s signature next thereto, and then delivered F’s signature to police officers who are aware of the forgery as if it were a document duly formed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a letter in the name of F, which is a private document to prove facts without authority, and exercised it.

2. On September 4, 2017, around 03:35, the Defendant: (a) prepared a written statement on the case subject to forced indecent act at the D District Branch of the Seoul Yangcheon Police Station D, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and presented the Defendant’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Seoul Regional Police Agency, a public document held by H, who was in possession of a document to conceal the unpaid fact that he was requested to produce identification cards; (b) as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s driver’s license; and (c) around the same day, around 06:30 on the same day, the Defendant was investigated into the case subject to forced indecent act at the 1st Team office of the Seoul Yangcheon Police Station located in Yangcheon-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and was required to present identification cards from the Gyeong police station affiliated with the Yangcheon Police Station; and (d) presented the Defendant’s driver’s license as if he was the Defendant’s driver’s license.

3. The Defendant who forged a private signature and signed the above investigation shall be free from time to time on September 4, 2017:35.
