1. The Defendant shall pay 81,530,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 10, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the evidence evidence No. 1 and the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff may acknowledge that the Plaintiff lent a total of KRW 83,880,000 to the Defendant from around 2011 to 2014. The Defendant paid KRW 2,350,000 out of the above loans to the Plaintiff is the Plaintiff.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a loan of KRW 81,530,000 (=83,880,000 - 2,350,000) and damages for delay at the rate of KRW 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from July 10, 2014 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the instant complaint.

3. Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the grounds of the reasoning.
