1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 7, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the statement of No. 1 and the purport of the entire pleadings in the testimony of the witness C, the Plaintiff was acknowledged to have lent KRW 36 million to the Defendant on April 12, 2017 after the due date for payment of three months, and the fact that the Defendant repaid KRW 3 million out of the above loans is the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 36 million (=36 million already repaid - KRW 3 million) and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 7, 2018 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
