1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 15, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

A. On December 12, 2011, the Plaintiff lent KRW 20 million to the Defendant.

B. The Plaintiff filed a criminal complaint against the Defendant in the course of the investigation, and the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 20 million to the Plaintiff on December 10, 2014.

C. Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from March 15, 2017 to the day following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, which is the day of the delivery date of the copy of the instant complaint, to the day of full payment.
