A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

1,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts at the Incheon District Court on January 24, 201, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Incheon Detention Center on January 24, 201. On November 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry at the Incheon District Court on November 15,

The defendant is the actual owner of a game room with no trade name in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. D is the partner of the above game room, and E and F are the employees of the above game room.

No person who uses or provides a classified game machine shall provide game products for distribution or use, or display or store them for such purposes.

The Defendant, in collusion with D, E, and F, set up 30 game 30 games for the ocean-going game which did not receive a rating in the above game area between January 2, 2012 and February 17, 2012, and provided customers for their use.

(b) No person shall engage in business of exchanging or arranging such exchange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

The Defendant, in collusion with D, E, and F, set up and operated 30 game flags at sea in the above game site between January 2, 2012 and February 17, 2012, and had F, an employee, pay 10,000 won in cash per 100 points of the game points to customers.
