A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act is the actual owner of a game room with no trade name located on the second floor of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and D is the partner of the above game room, and E and F are the employees of the above game room.

No person who uses or provides a classified game machine shall provide game products for distribution or use, or display or store them for such purposes.

The Defendant, in collusion with D, E, and F, set up 30 game players for the instant game room between January 2, 2012 and February 17, 2012, and provided customers with 30 games for the open-to-sea which were not rated in the above game room.

(b) No person shall engage in business of exchanging or arranging such exchange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

In collusion with D, E, and F, from January 201 to February 17, 2012, the Defendant was engaged in money exchange business by having F, an employee, pay 10,000 won in cash per 10 points of the game point 100 points to customers while establishing and operating 30 games in the above game site and the sea open game machine.

2. On January 2012, in preparation for the crackdown on a game room, the Defendant: (a) paid to G 10,000 won each business day of the game room to G 10,000 won on February 2012.
