The defendant is a person driving B rocketing car driving.

On May 13, 2014, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven the said vehicle two kilometers from the street in the vicinity of the Yansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul-si, to the street in front of the sports park on May 2158, 201, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.16% of the blood alcohol concentration.
