Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2014, the Defendant driven BDap Motor Vehicle at a distance of about 3km from 0.122% of alcohol concentration in blood, around 22:50, to 2158 sports park, in the state of under the influence of alcohol by around 0.12%.
