Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2015, at around 00:26, the Defendant driven CA car at approximately 3 km from the vicinity of the Kugsan-dong, Ansan-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the front of the 2158 Sports Park, Ansan-si, under the influence of alcohol by 0.12% in blood alcohol concentration.
