The defendant is a person driving a B-hurd motor vehicle.

On June 2, 2014, at around 00:28, the Defendant driven the said vehicle two kilometers from the street in front of the New Street High School in Ansan-si to the street in the front of the sports park in the city of Ansan-si, 2158.
